We conducted a survey across 100’s of companies to assess the state of CRM + messaging in the market.

Here's what we found:

  • 54% of companies have integrated their CRM + Messaging - Meaning it is still the early days
  • 82% of companies using the Native Salesforce integration are also using additional 3rd party tools - Revealing the need for additional capabilities
  • 44% of companies use channels related to deals/accounts vs. 18% using chatter heavily - Have organized messaging channels based on Opps and Accounts become the new place for Customer 360??
