Use Troops to search Salesforce
Type /Troops (account name) to search Salesforce information on an account.
Filter by what you own using the 'Records I Own' button.
Edit or create new objects under the account right from Slack.

Use /Troops-action to edit or change any record on Salesforce.
A module will appear showing all of the required fields you need to update.
The actions are completely customizable (examples include: new tasks, contacts, leads, opportunities, or cases).

Pull up the reports that are most important to you immediately in Slack.
You can filter and drill down by clicking on the buttons below.
Edit anything that looks incorrect on the report right there, in Slack.
Configuring Troops Command
Go to Troops app and select 'Troops On Command'.
Configure fields you would like to display when searching an object in Salesforce using Troops.
Scroll down to 'Actions on Command' and design the actions you'd like to take when using /troops-action.
Once you have the actions, make sure to include all the required fields that must be updated when creating/editing that object.
Troops-reports surfaces all of the reports you have set up using Troops workflows and makes them available to you on demand.
